Research On Knowledge Resources Collaborative Network Based On Business Flow

In the knowledge economy,more and more enterprises have already realized that knowledge resources are becoming one of their major wealth,and effective operation of an enterprise is depended on knowledge resources cooperation.Usually knowledge resources cooperation forms various cooperative relationships based on business flow,superposition of the cooperative relationships will form a business process solving oriented complex network system.Business workflow contains information about knowledge resources cooperation and knowledge management practice,and knowledge management should be integrated into enterprise daily business workflow.Therefore,this paper attempted to research the complex network based on business workflow to help the enterprise analysis the knowledge resources situation and make knowledge management to promote business workflow smoothly,knowledge innovation in order to improve enterprise performance.On the basis of relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper put forward the research of knowledge resources cooperation network based on business workflow.Firstly,through the questionnaire survey confirmed the significant association between knowledge resources cooperation and enterprise performance.With the clue of knowledge resources cooperation this paper proposed a method to construct knowledge resources cooperation network according to the analysis of business workflow and the business cooperation process model.On account of the actual operation of enterprise business workflow,we analyzed characteristics of knowledge resources cooperation network from the angle of static,dynamic evolution to explore the influence of enterprise knowledge management and provide the quantitative basis for decision of enterprise knowledge management,at the same time researched the module characteristics of knowledge resource cooperation network;finally,in the view of the construction and characteristic analysis of knowledge resources cooperation network based business workflow,we designed enterprise knowledge service system structure,including the design of the overall design and function modules of the system and the development of knowledge service system based on C/S framework.Researching on knowledge resources cooperation network based on business workflow could help enterprise master their knowledge resources,knowledge resources cooperation's status and characteristics etc.The knowledge resource cooperation network introduced to the system of of their knowledge management,reuse the effective management experience.
