Along with the improvement of safety awareness, monitoring and tracking in a wide range which is rapidly increased in a variety of application areas is implement complex. The traditional camera which is through a complicated arithmetic of image information to achieve monitoring, high computational complexity and high cost of the large area coverage area, is no longer meet the changing environment. Wireless radio frequency positioning technology which is susceptible to interference from other radio frequency environment is not mature enough in complex environment. Pyroelectric infrared sensors of mature technology and low cost are widely used in the field of security. Pyroelectric infrared sensor is a passive infrared radiation receiving originals, it does not require additional infrared generating means and only have a certain heat source temperature sensitive, so it can adapt to complex environments.This paper relies on the National Natural Science Foundation Project, studied the correlation properties of pyroelectric infrared sensor, solve the problems caused by characteristics of the sensor itself in the positioning application in humans, and design the human body positioning system based on pyroelectric infrared sensor. The main work of this paper is:First, analyzed the characteristic of infrared radiation and studying the pyroelectric infrared sensor working principle and internal structure, calculate the relationship between the amplitude of the output signal from the sensor, preliminary estimates of the detection range of the sensor.Secondly, analyzed of the pyroelectric infrared sensor positioning applications in human problems, find a method by rotating the sensor to scan the space in the form of scanning space to achieve positioning which resolved the problem of stationary body positioning. By using the block cover to limit sensor perspectives way the system in a single sensor resolution smaller ensures that the system can achieve higher accuracy body positioning.Third, designed the human body positioning system based on pyroelectric infrared sensor. According to the output characteristics of the sensor, designed Signal amplification filter circuit and data acquisition devices; Designed infrared radiation signal acquisition nodes which sents the sensor output signals of digitized to the PC through the wireless module and network node?Finally, designed the signal extraction algorithm by analyzing the characteristics of the sensor output signal which can extract the infrared radiation signal from the ambient radiation of noise; designed the human body localization algorithm through analysis and processing the infrared radiation of human body signal to get the body positioning coordinates.
