Design And Implementation Of The New Rural Cooperative Medical Management Information System

With the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical care system in our country, more and more people from rural areas enjoy the convenience and benefits of modern health care. In order to take full advantages of cooperative medical service to promote the development of rural areas, it's urgent to the establish and consummate a new rural cooperative medical management information system.This thesis first elaborates the background and significance of developing a new rural cooperative medical management information system, then it analyzes the existing medical information management system, and put forward the specific requirement analysis of the new system, and finally proposed a project design which can combine medical insurance information and personal information of farmers, in order to achieve the coexistence and information exchange under different client agreement and medical institutions in different regions.Then, based on the research analysis of the existing town village reimbursement terminal system by C/S technology, this thesis collects related basic data and sets up a mathematical model of terminal reimbursement. Then it researches and designs the provincial and municipal(county) level of cooperative medical system by using B/S mode to collect data, correct model and data structure, at the same time integrate with other systems(health care, population management, etc.) to complete system framework.Then this thesis uses rapid prototyping development and relational database to design the new rural cooperative medical management information system function module and database in detail, mainly focuses on five modules: the basic system settings, population data, daily compensation, decision support and system management development. At last it designs the main analysis process of the system according to operational process of the service object and service function, which consistently tests the implementation process.The system has basically achieved the reformation goal of the the new rural cooperative medical information system, which alleviates farmers' financial burden,and prevent poverty due to illness, and at the same time standardizes medical care and compensation behavior to supply convenient service to ensure most farmers can enjoy better health care services. This system has been applied in several parts ofGuangdong, and it has achieved good effect by improving the health level of the farmers in the area. For a developing country with a great number of workforce in agriculture like us, the new rural cooperative medical management information system has great practical significance by better solving the rural medical information backward.
