Infantile jaundice disease is a common disease of the newborn.The means of the detection and treatment is always focused by public,because it directly relate to the neonates' intellectual development and life safety.In view of the unity and independence for the current detection and treatment of jaundice,developing the feedback control system of infantile jaundice detection and treatment,which combines the noninvasive detection and the phototherapy,and their results can both work to form a feedback,making the phototherapy corresponds to the detection results.It lays the foundation for the intelligent jaundice treatment future.Based on several pediatric clinical jaundice data,the test results and treatment options of jaundice were analyzed and simulated by this system.This paper mainly from the following aspects is described: First,shows the present situation of jaundice' test and treatment in domestic and foreign,the detection method is single and phototherapy equipments need to be improved.Second,by using the color sensor TCS230 realize take on the RGB value of infantile jaundice patients' skin.With the help of clinical diagnosis,using the K-NN classification algorithm and the Bayes classification algorithm classified the yellow degree of skin.Third,to expand the illuminated area,shorten the time of illumination,ensure the validity of light phototherapy,the phototherapy equipment were designed.Combined the software TracePro and genetic algorithm,making the LED array meets the different standards of jaundice phototherapy,and improves the uniformity.Fourth,according to the above discussion,the hardware and software are designed.Finally,a simple model simulates the detection and treatment of infantile jaundice feedback control system.This paper discusses the theoretical analysis of the system and simulates,mainly the detection and light therapy.But it still requires a lot of clinical data for supporting and enhancing the accuracy of detection and treatment.The present system provides some useful information for the intelligent development of detection and treatment of infantile jaundice in the future.
