Study On The Adaptability Of Sports Industry Development And Personnel Training In Shaanxi Province

The Fourteenth National Games will be held in Shaanxi Province in 2021,and the sports industry and sports industry will usher in new opportunities for development.The adaptability of sports industry development and talent training in Shaanxi province is the key to the challenge.In this paper,the development of the sports industry in Shaanxi Province,the talent demand and college sports industry talents training in Shaanxi province adaptability problems as the research object,using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,adaptive problems in the development of sports industry in Shaanxi province and personnel training were studied.The basic situation of the development of sports industry in Shaanxi is studied from each classification.According to the unified classification of the National Sports Bureau,Shaanxi province sports industry including sports management activities,sports competitions,sports fitness and leisure activities,sports stadiums,sports intermediary services,sports training and education,sports media and information services and other related services,sports and sports activities and related products,sports goods and related manufacturing product sales,trade agents and rental of sports facilities,the construction of eleven industrial categories.According to "Shaanxi province" 13 th Five-Year "sports development plan" file,found in Shaanxi province sports industry demand for talent has the following characteristics: first,the employer needs a wide range of people,with a large number of professional skills;second,high;third,the need for high-quality sports talents.According to the training program that four schools selected,Shaanxi province sports industry talents cultivation ideas: expansion training base,adapt to the social demand for talents;innovative teaching,lay a solid foundation of professional knowledge;improve the curriculum planning,training of sports talents;strengthen school enterprise integration,enhance the ability of society.Through the matching degree of quantity and quality of talent demand and talent training in Shaanxi sports industry,this paper reveals the adaptability of sports industry development and talent training in Shaanxi province.According to the analysis,the contrast of talents demand and talents training quantity and quality,and found the following problems: the lack of forward-looking forecasts the demand of talents;the sports industry structure is not reasonable;the training program should be improved,the lack of long-term in-depth cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises;policy driven effect is not remarkable,separation of policy and implementation.After analyzing the development of sports industry in Shaanxi province and talent cultivation adaptability of existing problems,and put forward some countermeasures: to establish scientific and reasonable talent demand planning;optimization of curriculum system,improve the construction of teachers;to carry out cooperation mode,cultivating sports talents;exert the function of government,to guide the rapid development of sports industry.Through the study on Adaptability of the development of sports industry in Shaanxi province and the cultivation of talents,this paper draws the following conclusions and recommendations: the development of sports industry in Shaanxi province should strengthen the forecast of sports talent demand,develop talent demand plan of science,colleges and universities should establish a scientific and reasonable and adapt to the training objectives of high school physical education in Shaanxi province.Only in this way can the market structure of sports industry be improved gradually.In the government policies and regulations to promote the development of sports industry in Shaanxi Province,universities,government,society three parties work together to build Shaanxi sports professional development in the future.
