The Research On The Moral Education Function Of The Communist Youth League In Rural Middle Schools

Since the reform and opening up 38 years ago,under the impact of the socialist market economy and urbanization,the traditional social structure,life style and ideology have changed profoundly.After 1998,the new generation of rural children born in rural areas have gradually entered into adolescence,becoming the main object of moral education in rural middle school.As a microcosm of the changing times,thinking and behavior characteristics of attention to this group,as the "private custom" moral education path,and improve the effect of moral education of Rural Youth League,has become very urgent and necessary.The Communist Youth League in rural middle schools is the basic level of the Communist Youth League and forefront of the work of rural youth.There are still many problems and deficiencies in the rural middle school Communist Youth League,which restrict the normal function of the moral education.Rural middle school based in Ganzhou city Yudu County Communist Youth League,in-depth analysis of its status quo,seek countermeasures,to further strengthen the moral education of adolescents in rural areas,improve the moral standards of the Communist Youth League,has important theoretical value and practical significance.The first part of this paper briefly introduces the research background,research methods and technical route.The second part briefly analyzes the relationship between moral education and moral education work of the Communist Youth League,mainly from the analysis of the internal relations between the moral education and the Communist Youth League in the middle school moral education of rural middle school students moral education and the significance of the 3aspects of the Communist Youth League school special advantages in the moral education of secondary school students.The third part is based on the current situation of moral education in rural middle school in Yudu County,and analyzes the current situation of Ideological and moral education of rural middle school students in Yudu.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,I mainly elaborated the rural middle school moral education organization function of some original strategy,mainly from the transformation of the concept of moral education,innovation mode,strengthen self construction,4 aspects of constructing the cooperation pattern of countermeasures.
