With the advancement of urbanization,the basic education resource layout faces new challenges,and the current situation of urban basic education resource layout is still far from the current demand for education.As an important provincial capital City in the west,Lanzhou has developed a relatively perfect education system through in-depth promotion of education reform.But compared with the requirements of the country and the provinces and cities,the education resources between urban and rural,between counties,intercollegiate imbalance problems still exist,the purpose of this study lies in: to explore the specific problems of education resources in the area of the layout,analyze the fundamental cause of the problem,for the promotion of basic education resources provide layout optimization path selection.In this paper,the city of Lanzhou City is selected as the research object of education resource layout.This paper empirically studies the current situation of education balanced development in urban areas by means of school density,average class,student ratio and qualification rate of full-time teachers.Using the methods of field investigation,interview and literature research,the problems of education layout are widely collected and summarized from the perspective of education development.Based on the theory of education management,the optimization measures and Suggestions are put forward.The thesis is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction,and the research background,significance and research methods are put forward,the research ideas are introduced,and the current research status and relevant literatures at home and abroad are described.The second chapter mainly defines the core concepts of education resource layout,and expounds three basic theories,such as the basic education resource optimization and allocation theory.Construct the data index system related to the problem and point out the factors that influence the layout.The third chapter,through collecting,summarizing and sorting out the current situation of education resource layout in the primary and middle schools in Chengguan District,is a longitudinal comparison of the development of the middle and small schools in the past five years.Focusing on the specific problems of layout and combining with relevant theories and influencing factors,the paper analyzes the reasons for the unbalanced distribution of education resources in the region.Chapter four is a reference to the experience of optimizing education resource layout in other cities in China.A comprehensive comparison of the cases in different regions is made to screen out the ideas and measures for the reference of Lanzhou.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to optimize the layout.The author thinks that the development of the regional education quality fair is the most important because of the strengthening of theteaching staff and the improvement of local financial ability.The sixth chapter is the summary of the full text and the outlook for the future.
