Marriage is a major issue for every family.Marriage culture is an important part of social phenomena and cultural life.An important aspect of marriage culture is marriage payment.Social change has always been one of the core contents of sociological studies.The author believes that studying the changes in marital payments of employees in urban state-owned enterprises can not only broaden the research on marriage payments but also understand the status of urban development so as to better promote urban prosperity and build a harmonious society.This article selects the "marriage payment" family event as the research topic to explore the transitional status of the state-owned enterprise employees' marriage payment and draws a guiding conclusion.It provides a new perspective for the study of urban social culture and enriches the study of marriage payment.This article is divided into five parts.First,the introduction introduces the research background significance and methods,followed by research review and theoretical research.Through analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the study of marriage payment theory to better guide the writing of this article,and related theory and The concept is briefly introduced.This is followed by an empirical study of marital payments for workers in state-owned enterprises.The author used case interviews,participation observations,and comparative analysis to analyze the changes in marital payment for employees of state-owned enterprises as a clue,and took three different periods of development of the M Coal Group as a temporal stratification study.Through interviews with employees of the M Coal Group,the company analyzed the characteristics of the employees' payment at different stages of the marriage and identified changes in different periods.The fourth chapter firstly analyzes the changes of the marriage payment of crane workers in different periods,and then analyzes the socio-economic changes of the marriage payment of the employees of the state-owned enterprises,and then concludes that the changes in the level,form and flow of the marriage payment of the crane workers in the three periods.Then the sociological analysis of these changes shows that the marriage payment behavior is affected by social changes,social culture,and rational action theory.At the same time,the marriage payment change is the result of constant compromise by all parties.Finally,the conclusion of this paper points out the main conclusions,innovations and deficiencies of this study.The main conclusion of this paper is the analysis of the changes in the brides and grooms,the payment of parents and the causes of the employees.The gift ceremony took place from the physical and cash to cash to pure cash-based changes.The bridesmaid's compensation from her former family to the capital accumulation of the newly established family has now become a necessity.This article selects the group of workers from state-owned enterprises,discusses the behavior of marriage payment from the perspective of change,makes up for previous studies on urban marriage payments,enriches the content of marriage payments,and is more in line with the exploration of Chinese characteristics in the new era.
