Objective:The body's ability to exercise is largely influenced by heredity.This experiment selected the SLC16A1 gene(rs1049434?rs7169?rs7556664)and FGF21gene(rs499765),total four Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms(SNPs).Research thans relationship with the sensitivity of endurance training.Methods:selecting 60 male students from the Capital Univertity of Physical Education And Sports.All subjects volunteered and were in good health.They read the informed consent form and signed it before the training began.Subjects completed 6 weeks of endurance training.Before and after the endurance training,subjects were each tested for endurance levels under the same external conditions.The test plan is an incremental load exercise for a power bike.Test subjects' 4 mmol/L lactate threshold(LT),time to reach maximum heart rate(T-HRmax),duration of cycling(Tmax),effective value of decreased muscle oxygen content(?[HbO2]),body fat percentage(Fat%).The change of the endurance level of the subject was expressed by the change of the physiological index before and after the training,the amount of change,and the rate of change.PCR-RFLP and mass spectrometry methods were used to classify gene polymorphisms at four SNPs.Results:1.After training compared with before training,?[HbO2] showed significant changes in AA genotype and GA gene population at rs7169(P<0.01),and changes in the amount and rate of change is AA>AT.2.After training compared with before training,?[HbO2] showed significant changes in AA genotype and GA gene population at rs7169(P<0.01),and changes in the amount and rate of change is AA> GA.3.After training compared with before training,T-HRmax showed significant changes in the AA genotype and AT genotype population at rs7556664(P<0.01),and changes in the amount and rate of change is AA>AT..4.After training compared with before training,?[HbO2] showed significant changes in CC genotype and CG genotype populations at rs499765(P<0.01),and the rate of change is CC>CG.Conclusions:1.The three sites of rs1049434,rs7169 and rs7556664 of the SLC16A1 gene are associated with endurance training sensitivity,A allele carriers are more sensitive to exercise training.2.The rs499765 of the FGF21 gene is associated with endurance training sensitivity,CC genotypes are more sensitive to endurance training.
