As a result of the promotion of our country's comprehensive strength and the rise of people's quality of life,tennis as an elegant and influential western aristocratic movement has constantly gained the attention of the people of our country,and the influence is increasing day by day.People have taken tennis as a way of fitness and entertainment,in junior high school physical education,tennis courses are relatively late,so the teaching method is relatively simple,teachers usually adopt the conventional teaching mode of "teacher demonstration explanation student imitation practice teacher guidance".This simple method often leads to students' ignorance of lectures,deep understanding of basic knowledge and weariness of tennis.The object of this study is to make a study of sixty students at the first grade of the first grade of the eighth grade in Beijing,Haidian District,Beijing.Based on the methods of literature retrieval,questionnaire and statistical analysis,the problems and corresponding solutions of the "Play and Stay tennis + Dynamic Hierarchical" teaching method in the course of the promotion of tennis in junior high school are discussed.A detailed study will be carried out in order to bring some experience to the teaching of tennis in the rear,and also give some suggestions for the innovation of other tennis teaching programs.In this study,in order to ensure the effect and consistency of the experiment,the physical quality and tennis ability of all the students were tested before the experiment.The results were analyzed by SPSS software.The results showed that there was no obvious difference between these students,and the following results were obtained based on the experiment:1.After the experiment of the experiment group and the control group,all the physical qualities have been enhanced,but the enhancement effect is not obvious and there is no significant difference.2."Play and Stay tennis + Dynamic Hierarchical" based on teaching mode of teaching and learning,the enthusiasm of all students to tennis lessons,maximizing their enthusiasm to arouse their participation,the students in the experimental class have expressed strong identification with the "Play and Stay tennis + Dynamic Hierarchical" teaching method,and have a strong interest in tennis.3.In teaching activities,the charm of teachers and the harmony of their classmates are directly related to their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for theproject.In the process of "Play and Stay tennis + Dynamic Hierarchical",teachers have adopted a democratic management form,and the interaction and communication with the students is increasing,to a certain extent,the relationship between teachers and students is enhanced.4.The experimental results show that the students in the experimental class are better than the control class in mastering tennis skills and achieving the standard of athletic performance.And there are significant differences,the experimental class is better than the control class.5.In the stage of basic action teaching and technology improvement,it is suggested to adopt the traditional tennis teaching mode to consolidate the formation of technical movements and the standardization of action.
