With the development of economy,the importance of higher education is increasing.In order to ensure that all eligible students enter the University smoothly,we should further improve the system of the current educational aid policy for the poor college students,and gradually establish the educational aid model of "prize,help,loan,subtraction and supplement".with the support of various social forces,Students get financial aid during school.But a lot of rural poor college students have been living in poor families from their childhood.They are not as good as some students with superior families in character,thought and ability.They have been depressed in the heart for a long time and form a self abased,shrinking and even psychological distortion.So material aid and spiritual aid can help them to get rid of all kinds of burdens.Taking the universities in Shandong as an example,on the basis of a brief analysis of the development of the educational aid policy for the rural poor students in China,this paper systematically analyzes the implementation of the educational aid policy of the rural poor students,the constitution of the educational aid policy system,the identification standards and the identification process of the rural poor college students.The poor college students' satisfaction with the educational aid policy and the existing problems,and then put forward the measures to improve the effect of the educational aid policy of the rural poor college students in China.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The development of educational aid policy for rural poor students in China has experienced a single,stable stage,a dynamic stage of development,and a comprehensive and perfect stage of the educational aid system.The educational aid system has been basically formed,the content of educational aid has been constantly enriched and perfected,and the operating mechanism of educational aid has been gradually improved,and the laws and regulations of educational aid are beginning to start slowly.(2)Through the questionnaire survey,we use statistical analysis methods,such as factor analysis,regression analysis and adjustment analysis,to find out the four factors affecting the satisfaction of rural poor college students to the educational aid policy,namely,the evaluation and supervision factors of the educational aid,the main content factors,the social aid support factors and the related publicity factors.One is to analyze the satisfaction degree ofeducational aid policy and its influencing factors from two dimensions: assessment and supervision,and the form of specific education aid.The results showed that educational aid assessment and supervision factors,major content factors,social aid support factors and aid related publicity factors were positively related to the satisfaction of educational aid policy.In addition,according to the results of adjustment and regression analysis,the family health status,per capita annual income and learning situation were all right.The satisfaction degree of educational aid policy plays a certain role in regulating.(3)From the three aspects of the government,schools and individuals,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the current education aid policy.It includes improving the guarantee system of educational aid policy,increasing the investment and supervision of educational aid funds,widening the sources of funding sources for educational aid,optimizing the way of educational aid,widely publicizing the policy and importance of education aid,defining the poor students in a fair and reasonable way,establishing and perfecting the supervision mechanism for the grant of scholarships and strengthening the poverty.College Students' ideological education,active understanding of education aid policy,efforts to improve personal learning ability and cultural literacy.
