Research On The Integration Of Urban And Rural Sports Public Service In Jiangsu

The process of integration of urban and rural sports public service is conducive to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,ease the development of two yuan structure problems caused by the development of socialist harmonious society is an important manifestation of the maintenance of fairness and justice.This paper using the method of literature,mathematical statistics and logical analysis method etc,combined with the sports science,sociology,economics and related theoretical knowledge to the system theory and sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory as a guide,influence of the development of political,economic and social environment of Jiangsu province and the integration of urban and rural public sports service selection,policies and regulations,organization management,resource allocation,training,information consulting,power supply,performance appraisal,supervision and monitoring of the 8 main aspects,reflect the current situation of Jiangsu province sports public service integration development,aiming at the problems in the development process and puts forward some suggestions to narrow the gap between urban and rural public sports service,promote the supply of public sports the process of urban and rural integration services.The results show that: 1,the development of Jiangsu lead the country,the gap between urban and rural areas lead to lack of rural sports development;2,the overall development of rural sports policies and regulations,the pertinence is not strong,lack of accountability;3,development of sports organization,organization and management functions missing,unknown;4,lottery public welfare fund to promote the development of public sports service.The source of funds,urban and rural allocation to be optimized;5,social sports instructor team grow,need to strengthen the construction of strength and efficiency;6,intelligent information disclosure platform,content to be rich,rural information communication is not smooth;7,performance improvement,urban and rural assessment standard fuzzy;8,physique monitoring system is increasingly perfect,monitoring scope and depth is not enough.The following suggestions are put forward to solve the problems:1 improve relevant policies and regulations to provide protection for the development of rural sports public services.2 create resource generation,resource allocation.3 clear grassroots organizations management responsibilities,strengthen the construction of urban and rural sports organizations.4 strengthen the construction of social sports instructor team,optimize the allocation of urban and rural personnel.5 reasonable use of communication media,the establishment of multi-functional information disclosure platform.6 strengthen the supervision of urban and rural areas,improve the integration of performance evaluation.7 improve the monitoring network at all levels of urban and rural areas,the establishment of a comprehensive monitoring platform.8 to strengthen the social and economic development of urban and rural areas,to provide new impetus to the development of sports public services.
