Along with the economic development and the progress of science and technology,people's concept of special children has changed a lot.The concept of "Everyone gets the right to receive education" has gained wide recognition.In recent years,the educational placement problem of preschool special children has also received a lot of attention.To implement the "Special Education Promotion Plan(2014-2016)",Shijiazhuang City has carried out an inclusive education activity of special children called "Young-Special Inclusion".This paper aims to understand the cognition and adopting attitudes of preschool educators in the integration kindergarten whom have involved in the "Young-Special Inclusion" activities toward special children,sort out some of its problems and put forward suggestions for improvement in order to provide reference for the development of inclusive education in this region.The survey results show that the knowledge of teachers in the inclusive kindergarten about the special children is not enough.The most special children who are in contact with preschool teachers that involve in the investigation are the hearing-impaired children all kinds of different scenarios,next are children with intellectual disabilities and finally are physically disabled children;more than half of the samples are willing to accept special children to study in their kindergarten and class;In the implementation of Young-Special Inclusion process,as teachers in the inclusive kindergarten,they have expressed the most concern about the lack of relevant equipment and related knowledge;teachers in three inclusive kindergartens believe that the most urgent problems to carry out inclusive education are teacher training,the concept of ordinary children's parents and the concept of ordinary kindergarten teachers;the special education knowledge of teachers in inclusive kindergartens is scarce at the present stage.Throughout the whole study,the inclusive education in Shijiazhuang is still at its initial stage,the adopting attitudes of teachers in inclusive kindergartens towards special children are in a higher degree,but lack of relevant knowledge.The further development of our city's inclusive education requires the government to strengthen the construction of legislation,publicity,funding and other aspects and needs the efforts of ordinary preschool educators and the active participation of special children's parents.
