By analyzing the irrational message on the Internet,this paper proposes a detailed description in regard to the origin of new media events and the corresponding collective behaviors.There are many factors contributing to this phenomenon,including the excessive trust of the new media power,the absence of the media literacy,the speculation of the media,the deficiency of the governmental control and so forth.In this paper,the classic case will be studied and possible solutions are also presented.In terms of the solving methodology,there are several aspects should be paid enough attention.Such as the selection of the content,the improvement the media audiences' cultural quality and the enhancement of the governmental executive power.
