Research On The School-running Mode Innovation Of Sports School In Our Country

In the 2016 Olympics in Rio,Chinese athletes achieved 26 gold medals,good grades.Athletes in the competition win honor for our country in the internationalcompetitive sports,inspired the Chinese people's patriotic enthusiasm and the enthusiasm of the participation in sports,this is also reflected the charm and value of competitive sports.In the study of competitive sports talents cultivation,about "the system" "input and output efficiency is not high," reflection and criticism from time to time.Sports school as a competitive sport backup talent cultivation system in the foundation,because of the national compulsory education and the cultivation of the dual nature of competitive sports reserve talented person,in a market economy and diversification of public utilities management of big background,the sports school to the defects of traditional education mode caused the wide attention of the society.Innovation research of the sports school running patterns,is particularly important.But in the past research is focused on the study of sports school sports training and school internal management,and the macro guidance of the sports school running patterns.This study will adopt the method of literature research,comparative analysis and so on,starting from the constituent elements of school-running mode,research situation and existing problems of sports school,use the multi-center theory in public management,public service theory,the theory of public utilities management theory,to analyze the problems existing in the traditional mode of running school sports and analyzes the reasons of the problems,combined with the comparative analysis of foreign athletics sports reserve personnel training mode brought us the enlightenment,explores our country sports mode may be the innovation direction of running school and countermeasures of the administrative department for physical culture and sports.In this paper,the following parts,the first part is to introduce the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research present situation,the main research contents and methods;The second part is relevant concept definition and theoretical basis;The third part is China's traditional sports school running model and its practical results,analyzes the components of school-running mode,analysis summary of traditional education mode to effective.The fourth part is the problem of traditional sports school education mode in our country,from multi-center theory,theory of public service,public management theory to analysis the cause of the problem;The fifth part is the overseas sports school pattern is introduced and the enlightenment to our country.The sixth part,through analyzing the necessity of the traditional educational model innovation in public management perspective,from the existing multi-sectoral coordination and participation is put forward according to the actual market social forces to participate in the direction of innovation and so on,then elaborated the administrative department for physical culture and sports practice measures from several aspects,such as functional change,to improve traditional education model and innovation.The seventh part is summarized.
