Many universities around the world are committed to setting up interdisciplinary research institutes and research centers to enhance their academic and research capabilities.Our university by the national strategy and its influence the development of science,some domestic universities have begun to explore interdisciplinary research,but in interdisciplinary research practice research team,also exposed in the domestic university interdisciplinary team some problems in the quality of these problems not only makes our interdisciplinary team uneven,unable to demonstrate the advantages of interdisciplinary team,and makes some universities of interdisciplinary team began to neglect,support greatly discount.At present,most scholars explore the interdisciplinary team,including its talent cultivation model,knowledge sharing,knowledge achievement transformation and other fields.The research on the organizational learning and its structural elements of interdisciplinary teams is scarce,but it lacks the organizational learning research and empirical analysis in the context of interdisciplinary team.This thesis is about the research topic of interdisciplinary team innovation ability,learning the basic theory and innovation theory in the organization,using statistical analysis software SPSS,AMOS made an empirical study on the analysis of the interdisciplinary team innovation ability.First of all,this paper expounds the background of the study,and summarizes the relevant literature.Secondly,a comprehensive exposition of the research theory of this article,combined with the needs of this article,to define the relevant concepts,theoretical exposition and definition of the concept,lay the foundation for the next theoretical model.Then,based on the existing theoretical model on the construction model of University under the influence path from the perspective of interdisciplinary team innovation ability and organizational learning,reference and modify the measurement scale,to explore the influence of organizational learning mechanism of interdisciplinary team innovation ability from the individual,team,organization carrier carrier carrier carrier three levels of organizational learning capability.Finally,access to relevant data on the basis of the above analysis through the questionnaire survey method,descriptive analysis,factor analysis and path data,further verify the assumptions of this study,in order to explain the impact of organizational learning mechanism of interdisciplinary team innovation ability.
