The "Internet +" era is coming,educational information is deepening,and the deep integration of information technology and education teaching,to make the education have a profound historical change.The activity of "A teacher an optimal lesson,a lesson a top teacher" as a unique creation of education informatization practice in our country,More than a year in the country half of the primary and secondary school teachers to participate,while providing a large number of fresh,Making it worthy of study of educational information success model.The research mainly adopts the literature research method,the content analysis method,the comparative research method,the interview method and the questionnaire survey method,through the analysis of the innovative design and practical effect of the activity of "A teacher an optimal lesson,a lesson a top teacher",the aim is to explore the value of the activity and find out the existing problems so as to provide reference for the future optimization and development,at the same time put forward constructive improvement and innovation and development ideas.First of on,to explore the requirements,purpose and significance of the activity of "A teacher an optimal lesson,a lesson a top teacher",there is a certain understanding of the activity.On this basis,analysis of the activity of innovative design,including the activity of advanced design concepts,organizational innovation,model innovation.And then from the platform support,technical support and environmental support three aspects of analysis to support the basic conditions of activity.Analyze the overall effect of the activity of "A teacher an optimal lesson,a lesson a top teacher" practice,sum up the experience by the activity.To further conduct a questionnaire survey,research interviews,in-depth understanding of the practical effects of activity,analysis of the role of the activity for teachers,the problems encountered in the process of teacher participation,and the opinions and suggestions of teachers on the activity.Finally,from the "A teacher an optimal lesson,a lesson a top teacher" activity of the form of improvement,policy improvement,teacher participation in the promotion of power,platform optimization and environmental improvement and other aspects to explore how to make better development issues,put forward specific development strategies.
