Research On The Financial Risk Control Of Private Colleges And Universities In Yunnan Province

The development of private universities in Yunnan province is relatively lagging behind,but with nearly ten years of rapid development,private universities have become a rising star.By the end of 2015,there were 20 private universities in Yunnan,which accounted for the 27.19% of schools of the same level.This shows their growing prominence.As someone works in education,the author has had contact with the existing 20 private universities in Yunnan through work.And it's manifested that the financial risk is the biggest challenge restricting the development.In response,this research is targeted at the control of financial risks of private universities in Yunnan with the help of actual work experience and professional knowledge.With the entry point at analyzing the aforementioned risks in both private universities in general and H university,the author dealt with the relevant problems,designed prevention and control methods,proposed prevention and control plan with the support of theoretical knowledge and data collection.The financial risks of private universities in Yunnan province can be boiled down to investment risk,financing risk and operational risk,covering all aspects of the management.The causes are varied in different schools.This paper selects the most representative of the H school,analysis to find out the risk control of the status quo and difficulties.With the financial risk problems and causes of school H,separately from the property rights of private universities in Yunnan Province,accounting system,policy support,supervision system,the six aspects of government services such as analysis of current practices and performance of Yunnan Province,national comparison other provinces and cities in Yunnan province to find out the current practice of private colleges and universities financial risk types and the causes of the risks.Finally,by guiding the private universities how to sort out the risk assessment,prevention and control of refining process,strengthen the collective decision-making,risk management,team building and other measures to establish a more perfect internal control system in private universities,while strengthening the government and The education department in charge of supervision and guidance,to increase access to the private universities to control,guide the private colleges and universities to carry out the timely intervention of the financial risk,and ultimately as much as possible to the controlled financial risk prevention measures.In short,the risk prevention and control cannot be done without the policy support of the government,competent department's supervision,and input of schools.As long as the work can be pushed forward in the aforementioned fronts,new opportunities and development will definitely await private universities of Yunnan.
