Research purpose:In this paper,the technique of EMG is used to analyze the forehand stroke.By combining different subjects,the relationship between the muscles in the forehand stroke is described intuitively.Different tennis players in the forehand stroke will appear different errors,find out these problems to the teaching or training is helpful to improve the level of the different players.Research method:The object of the study is a total of 30 tennis players in the College of physical education of Shanxi Normal University,which are divided into three groups,each group of 10 people,and can skillfully hit the forehand.A student who has been studying for half a year,specializing in tennis for one year.First,the electrode is attached to the muscle belly of the target muscle,and the direction of the arrow is consistent with the direction of the muscle fiber.Then test in tennis forehand batting,forehand success criteria,fast speeds,smooth movement,the ball inside the specified position.According to the motion characteristics of forehand stroke,choose 16 muscles on the right side of the body is different,they are the right brachioradialis muscle,right biceps,right triceps,right deltoid muscle,right pectoralis muscle,right internal oblique,right rectus muscle,right trapezius and right latissimus dorsi,right erector spinae,right leg femur right leg muscle,vastus medialis,vastus lateralis muscle,leg muscle,right femoral head two right leg medial gastrocnemius and right lateral gastrocnemius muscle.The test parameters were: muscle start,end,duration,muscle root mean square value,integrated EMG,muscle strength,muscle strength ratio.Research results:1 shots in the three groups of students being the discharge duration relative ratio showed that there was significant difference in general and a year of students compared to the erector spinae muscles(P<0.01),the general student discharge time is too long,the average duration difference is 0.46 s.Compared with the two years,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).A year in two years and compared the trapezius and erector spinae there was significant difference(P<0.01),in general,the forehand discharge duration on the present law is more than a year in general more than two years.2 students in the three group forehand RMS comparison: comparison of general and specialized students have two years can be found,there is a significant difference between the rectus femoris(P<0.05),in two years of compulsory students is larger than the RMS value of students.There were significant differences in vastus medialis muscle(P<0.05),and the students were more than the average students in the first two years.Specializing in a year and two years of professional students can be found in the lateral gastrocnemius muscle there is a very significant difference(P<0.01),specializing in two years more than the students a year of the students of the root mean square value.3 compared with the students of the first year of specialized students muscle integral EMG value,there is significant difference in vastus lateralis muscle(P<0.05),the total score of students more than one year of specialized EMG students.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the students were less than two years old.Specializing in a year and two years of professional students,there is a very significant difference in the vastus medialis muscle(P<0.01),specializing in one year students score less than two years specializing in emg.4 compared with two years of specialized courses,there was a significant difference between deltoid muscle and pectoralis major(P<0.01).There were very significant differences in vastus medialis muscle(P<0.01),and the students were more than two years old.Specializing in a year and two years of professional students compared to the deltoid pectoralis major muscle there is a very significant difference(P<0.01),specializing in two years students muscle strength greater than a year of specialized students.There was a significant difference between latissimus dorsi muscle and trapezius muscle(P<0.01),and the muscle strength was better than that of the first year students.Students specializing in muscle strength is greater than two years of specialized students.5 compared with the average length of the students in the first year,there is a very significant difference(P<0.01)between the vastus medialis muscle and the vastus medialis muscle,which is more than that of the first year students.Compared with the two-year students,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),and the contribution rate of the students was less than that of the two years.There was a significant difference in triceps muscle(P<0.01),the average contribution rate of students is less than two years.Specializing in a year and two years of undergraduate students compared to the triceps muscle,triceps muscle there is a very significant difference(P<0.01),specializing in one year students are significantly less than two years of specialized students.Conclusion:1 the general students can reflect the order of the tennis forehand stroke on the whole,but in general,the coordination between the muscles is not very clear,there is the phenomenon of power disconnection.In particular,the link between the lower limb power transfer.Upper limb muscle strength is stronger,the use of the lower limb strength is not enough,resulting in the lower reaches of the forehand stroke is not complete,and the center of gravity is significantly higher.Uncoordinated movements,poor stability,the action is not enough to complete.The point is not accurate,the pace is not clear.2 specializing in the transfer of the power of a year students have a clear relationship,has been able to learn to use the lower limb strength to hit the ball.But the strength of the lower limb is not sufficient,and lower limb strength is weak.When the center of gravity is reduced,the pedal is not sufficient,that is,the power does not come out,the active force of the lower limb caused by the transfer of power coordination appears to lag,the upper limb force time on the premature.The strength of the rectus femoris is not large.3 students specializing in the forehand stroke of the trunk muscle force is relatively small.In the pace and the effect of hitting the ball is significantly higher than the other two groups.But in the process of punching forehand also reflects the basic action is not solid,although the main muscle is no problem,but the upper limb muscle force relative to the main muscle hitting force is still relatively large,this is because of too much emphasis on the hitting effect,while ignoring the importance of forehand.Proposal1 general students should pay attention to the practice of basic movements,experience the feeling of hard hitting the lower limb.In practice,the appropriate reduction of upper limb strength,increase the strength of the lower limb strength,strengthen the rectus femoris,vastus medialis,vastus lateralis muscle strength training.Experience the power of the waist in the forehand stroke.Increase the pace of the practice of tennis,the pace is not in place,the forehand stroke action does not come out.2 a year students should strengthen the lower limb strength of special exercises,in case of full pedal straight leg at the right lower center of gravity,and gradually increase the strength of lower limbs force,too much lower center of gravity can make weakened,resulting in movement coordination.Pay attention to the details of each action in practice,we must give full play to the rationality of action.At the same time,combined with the practice of tennis,improve the coordination of the preparation before hitting the ball.3 two years of professional students should pay attention to the details of the action to correct,often the basic action of the special exercises.In particular,the triceps brachii muscle,the rectus abdominis muscle,latissimus dorsi muscle force order,not too much force will be used in the ball,but should pay attention to the strength of the main force muscle show.
