Association Between Family-caregivers Relationship,Resilience And Quality Of Life In Elderly In Nursing Home

Objective:This study aims to analysis the factors influencing of quality of life in the elderly in nursing home.Explored association between family-caregivers relationship,resilience and quality of life in elderly in nursing home,By adjusting the psychological defense in elderly to improved family-caregivers relationship,Improving the quality of life in elderly in nursing home.Methods:326 elderly had been selected by stratified random cluster sampling method in Bengbu nursing home 5~8 month in 2016,Research instruments included elderly general information family-caregivers relationship(Family and Staff Relationship Attitude Tool),Resilience(Resilience Scale RS-11)quality of life scale(SF-12),The data was disposed and analyzed with SPSS17.0,Statistic analysis methods included statistic descriptions,single factor analysis,multiple linear regression,Spearman correlation analysis and mediating effect.Results:1.Elderly family-caregivers scored(107.756±8.437).The score of Communication and Cooperation is the highest,the lowest is Removing barriers.2.The score of resilience is(43.03±5.60).Lower scores compared with the German resilience.3.MCS scored(49.84±19.80)PCS scored(55.77±19.63).ADL and Symptoms of bothered score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Correlation analysis: The score of family-caregivers relationship and resilience in elderly were positively correlated(r=0.192,P < 0.01).The score of resilience and quality of life in elderly were negative correlation(r=-0.549,P<0.01).5.Resilience was entirely mediating effect between family-caregivers relationship and quality of life in elderly in nursing home.Conclusion:1.The dimensions of family-caregivers relationship at a high level,the resiliencescore of the aged in middle level,quality of life in elderly at the lower-middle level.2.Ability of daily life and Symptoms of bothered are factors affecting the quality of life in erdrly in nursing home.Physical function a relatively small impact on the quality of life,focusing on psychological problems of the elderly.3.Resilience as a mediator,by adjusting the level of resilience,promote the relationship between family-caregivers in the elderly so as to improve the quality of life of elderly.
