In October 2014,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)adopted the decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the rule of law in the year of the fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,which opened a new era of the rule of law in china.According to the rule of law,education first,through the rule of law publicity and education,the rule of law into the hearts of the people,to achieve the rule of law is only possible.In March 2014,the Ministry of Education issued "on the comprehensive deepening of curriculum reform,the fundamental task of implementing strengthen the cultivation opinions",put forward to develop the core competence system of national education in each phase.In September 13,2016,the research results of the core quality of Chinese students' development was released in Beijing,and it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of students' sense of rule of law based on the development of students' core quality.In the school education,the middle school politics course is the important channel and carrier to cultivate the students' consciousness of the rule of law,to improve the legal literacy of the middle school students,and to realize the core accomplishment of the discipline.Strengthening the rule of law in junior high school ideological and moral education is conducive to the healthy growth of young people,is conducive to t he cultivation of qualified citizens,conducive to the construction of the rule of law society.Therefore,this article is based on the core quality oriented discipline,to explore the ideological and moral education in the current sense of law,In view of the problems existing in the current legal education of Ideological and moral education,this paper puts forward some useful countermeasures and measures.This paper is divided into four parts: In the first part,the author defines the concept of the core quality of subject and the consciousness of rule of law;the second part points out the significance of cultivating the sense of rule of law in the ideological and moral lessons;in the third part,through the analysis of the teaching content and the teac hing of the junior middle school's ideology and morality course,the author further reveals the problems of the legal consciousness education in the ideological and moral course,and discusses the causes of the problem;the fourth part is mainly aimed at the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures to cultivate the sense of law,focus on the promotion of the concept of teacher education and the rule of law,adhere to the ideological and moral education of the three dimensions of the rule of la w education,innovative teaching methods and the establishment of the rule of law environment,provides some reference and suggestions for the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in junior middle school students.
