In order to revitalize the education of our country,alleviate the contradiction in rural remote education,promote balanced development of compulsory education,and improve the quality of compulsory education in rural areas,the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Finance,Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security,and the Commission Office for Public Sector Reform of People's Republic of China issued a notice,and decided to implement "The rural compulsory education school teachers ad special post plan " in 2006,concentrating on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work in rural areas,and improving the number of rural school teachers,the poor quality and the structural contradictions through recruiting college graduates to the west "two basics" county rural primary and middle schools.Y county also started to recruit teachers from 2009 and in 2009,690 middle school teachers and 279 Primary school teachers were recruited.But special post teachers flow so frequently,How do they grow up in education and teaching?What about their living environment in Y County?How about the status of their jobs?How do they realize their own growth?How do they choose in the future?This study attempts to do some research on Special-post Teachers in Y County,trying to reveal their growth environment and the specific situation,and trying to offer suggestions for teacher's stable and healthy growth.In order to present the conditions of the development of the special post teachers in Y County,put forward the problems and counter measurement,The study made a questionnaire survey and interview survey from selecting a total of 200 teachers in the townships of Y county as well as 12 teachers and 4 leaders in four sample schools.Specific research steps are as follows:First,the study defines the core concept of the special post plan,special-post teacher,teacher development in order to clear the scope of the study.Second,the study shows the basic theory and research based on the analysis.Then,the study starts to analyse from the living environment,post work,professional growth and occupation intention in 4 dimensions,and investigated and analyzed the development status of the Y County teachers according to the 14 level two indexes.Next,the study analyses the main difficulties and the reasons in the deep level on the basis of sorting out the main problems of the development of the special post teachers in Y County.At last,the study puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the current situation of the development of the special post teachers in Y County.The dissertation consists of six parts of preface,four chapters and the conclusion.The first part is preface.First of all,this part introduces the background and significance of the research,and then summarizes the related research results at home and abroad,and finally explains the research ideas,research methods and possible innovations.The second part is the core concept and theoretical basis.This part defines the core concepts such as the special post plan,the special post teachers and the teachers'development.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the development of the special post teachers in Y county.This part analyses from 4 dimensions of the living environment,work,professional growth and occupation intention and investigates and analyzes the development status of Y County teachers in accordance with the 14 levels two indexes(in the living environment as an example,indicators include wage income,welfare,traffic and marriage).In this part,the author presents the ecological environment and specific circumstances of the development of the special post teachers in Y County by data statistics and interview records.The fourth part is about the problem representation and problem discussion of the development of the special post teachers in Y county.Through the collation and analysis of the present conditions,the author summarized the problems existing in the development of the special post teachers in Y County in four aspects:The living environment distress,work difficulty,weak professional growth,fuzzy professional intention and so on.Furthermore,the author points out that,the policy design and the effort level of the education administrative departments,conceptual deviation,rough management and evaluation mechanism of school level,the teachers' own utility,and adapting to the role and their independent development consciousness,are causes of the development of special post teachers in Y County.The fifth part is about the countermeasures to improve the development of the special post teachers in Y county.The researcher puts forward three countermeasures to improve:The administrative department should create a good environment for development;local schools should build a service-oriented management culture;special post teachers should improve the subjective initiative of development.The sixth part is the conclusion.This paper reviews the research,summarizing and reflecting the research conclusions and the research insufficient.
