Henan province has rich natural and cultural tourism resources,the development of the tourism industry is relatively popular,with its unique charm of sports industry in recent years the rapid rise of the trend,and has a strong potential for development,however,with the development of society,the industry development model of a single form of no longer have the advantage.In order to promote the development of sports industry in Henan province and tourism industry,this paper using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and case analysis method,on the basis of theory and practice in Henan province sports industry and tourism industry integration and synergy,conducted a survey on the current situation of Henan Province sports industry and tourism industry integration coordination: relevant laws and regulations of Henan province and the preferential policies have made great progress;the mass sports consumption ability has improved to a certain extent;tourism development has taken shape the development of sports;sports industry and tourism industry integration and collaborative development of a typical case of gradually on the right track.The problems found mainly in the following five aspects: first,the relevant policy has been formulated,but the planning and implementation of the government is still lagging behind;second,the current situation of sports consumption of residents in poor overall,in addition to the regional economic development level,but also by the residents' sports consumption consciousness weak influence;third,tourism effect is not strong that is mainly reflected in the activities of sports tour industry introduction limited;fourth,the sports industry and tourism industry integration and collaborative product brand effectis weak,the formation of small scale,single;fifth,integration and collaboration market potential is very large,but the blind and utilitarian frequent phenomenon,should be paid attention to.In this paper,aiming at the above problems and puts forward some countermeasures: to promote the integration of the sports industry and tourism industry and cooperation,this study from the three aspects of government,society and market respectively of the proposed strategy,namely in the government,formulate relevant preferential policies,innovation system actively,reasonable allocation of resources integration and cooperation;in the market,to the market demand as the guidance,strengthen cooperation,enhance the integration of the product culture;in terms of the society,the community actively encourage investment,good play to the advantage of the media.The conclusion of this paper is:(1)the Henan province sports industry and tourism industry integration and coordinated development in the embryonic stage,the development potential is great;(2)the relevant policy is timely,but the planning and implementation of lag seriously;(3)the development of tourism industry in Henan province is better,promote the sports industry development prospects;(4)with typical examples of sports industry and tourism industry integration and collaborative features are not many,in the international influence to further strengthen.This proposal has the following four points:(1)the relevant practitioners should seize the development opportunities,flexible,long-term vision,arrogance,do not give up any opportunities for development;(2)the relevant government departments to actively plan,and strive to implement the policy is the hard truth;(3)the main trends in the tourism industry,with the help of force the development of the tourism industry to strengthen the sports industry itself;(4)the sports industry should be to encourage the development of innovation,and actively create their own brand,expand the influence,enhance their attractiveness.
