Health,old,sick,and death is everyone to experience life,there is no doubt that most people will resistance and fear of death,but also in the human social development inevitable natural process,sooner or later everyone will face the threat of death.How to make the dying person calmly accept the reality of the passing away,get warm care during the last days,improve the quality of lives,and maintain the dignity of their life,peaceful dying family member to the case of departure,who give the dying person before the concern and support from the maximum of hospice care subject worth people thinking.Hospice originated in the West,is a combination of sociology,ethics,medicine,anthropology,religion,psychology and other disciplines of knowledge developed new business.China's hospice care started late,the development is very slow and uneven,it can be seen,hospice care business has unlimited development potential,but also faced with various obstacles.As the hindrance to follow the humanitarian not only meet the social material and spiritual civilization needs,but also the needs of China's real situation,so the cause of hospice care in China is timely and inevitable.In the face of the aging of the population has become increasingly prominent,empty nest in the end of the elderly due to the ability to live independently reduce the need for physical and psychological care is also increasing,but the general nurses,especially professional nurses few,and one had to face The reality of the problem is that a large part of the family is difficult to bear large medical expenses,therefore,the establishment of specialized care hospital for dying elderly dying care is particularly important.In recent years,people's demand for hospice care has been increasing,so that the dying people feel satisfied and give them more soothing and caring,not only the common responsibility of the whole society,but also the embodiment of human civilization,social work perspective,the interpretation of hospice care.At the end of the life of the elderly,the existing medical technology can only temporarily alleviate the physical pain of the elderly,while ignoring the old people in the spirit also need to be comfort and support.Some scholars have done a survey,there are 24 percent of the dying old people do not want to live awkwardly,they have the desire to euthanasia,which strongly demanded euthanasia dying to the total percentage of four to five.Euthanasia is divided into three kinds: one is to choose to take the initiative euthanasia,by their implementation of death,that is,suicide;the second is passive euthanasia,through their own request to help others to end their lives,that is to kill;third,Of the ease of euthanasia,under the care of family and health care personnel to implement the palliative care program,which is referred to in this article hospice care.The purpose of hospice care is to let the dying of the elderly warm away,hospice care in line with modern social human nature,rational end of life requirements and hope.Therefore,hospice care should be widely applied and spread to our real life.However,the cause of hospice care is also facing many ethical dilemmas,such as chasing its essence,how should the definition of "life",how to understand the "death",more realistic problem is to end the life of the terminally ill patient in front,Doctors and their families should do in the end is to strive to rescue or in the last days of the patient care and so on,these problems have been plagued by the development of hospice care.Therefore,this paper from the perspective of social work on the development of hospice care and the present situation faced by many of the difficulties and analysis.
