Social learning theory is proposed by American psychologist Albert Bandura in1952.It focuses on the role of observational learning and self regulation in the initiation of human behavior.Bandura thinks the individual's cognition,behavior and environment interact with each other and have an impact on human behavior.In recent years,sexual assault cases against girls frequently broke,shocking and worrying.During the internship of the family service center in Guangzhou,the author found that the girls in the Y community had the need of anti-invasion.So the author tries to use the theory of social learning,in order to improve the community girls' anti sexual ability.The author uses the qualitative interview method,the parents of the community conducted a child awareness of sexual abuse and service needs interviews,to understand the children in understanding the physical capacity,sexual assault ability,self-protection ability of these three areas lack.On the basis of this assessment of needs,carry out the "My Secret Garden" education team.Theme is as follows: the understanding of my body,"My Secret Garden",my body as guardian of "My Secret Garden",I am the master body.Social workers use the four processes of observing and learning(ie,attention process,maintenance process,action reproduction process,motivation process)to carry out the girls' ability to prevent sex education group,to enhance the girl's understanding of the body parts,improve self-protection awareness and self-protection ability.Social workers summed up some experience through the development of this group.In the perspective of social learning theory to carry out the girls against sexual abuse education group,can take a variety of demonstration forms,pay attention to the combination of representational system and speech system,refine team members feedback and operational capacity,strengthen the direct strengthening and alternative strengthening.Social workers should improve the use of the theory in the group of professional practice,in line with the actual needs of the team in order to achieve the purpose of improving the ability of girls to prevent sexual abuse.
