With the development of the information society, More and more innovative talents are needed. Web-based learning has become an important method of education. Compared with the traditional learning environment, the e-learning lack of face-to-face communication between teachers and students. Because of learners' cognitive strategies, emotions and mood are influenced by the particularity of network learning environment, and learners'behavior are different from traditional learning mode. While a person's external behavior are closely related to his/her personality. Therefore, the analysis of network learning behavior characteristics of the groups of different personality characteristics that can provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of personalized learning support system. The analysis is also helpful for independent learning that could improve the effect of online learning. What's more, the teacher could base on the results of the analysis to develop curriculum, teaching strategies and teaching evaluation.This paper include the following aspects: Firstly, Based on previous research on the college students' online learning behavior and personality traits, a questionnaire are made by many times modification. There is a total of 66 questions on the questionnaire, including learners' basic information, online learning behavior and personality traits; secondly, To conduct the questionnaire survey in college which including undergraduate and graduate students, Then collect and processes the data by EXCEL2010.SPSS20.0 software tool is used to analysis the final data. And obtain the results of descriptive statistics analysis, significant difference analysis and correlation analysis; Finally, the above analysis results are summarized and discussed. According to the results of the analysis, this thesis propose some recommendations for effective online learning. In the end, we summarized the work of the study presented in this research study and inadequate follow-up work.In the end, this thesis summarizes the whole work and gives several suggestions for further research.
