"As a teacher researcher" concept is in our teacher education reform has met a series of bottlenecks when they were introduced to the country,for a time from top to bottom pay attention to scientific research activities on education of teachers,but also focus on deepening in the "development spurt" in the development process,there have been some problems,such as the nature of the PE teachers "action research" of the question of these activities or school race to become the "face project",etc.As one of the important stages of reform of basic education quality secondary school,middle school PE teachers as researchers base growing,the status of its research has far-reaching impact on how to achieve basic education reform effects.In action research carried out in full swing in the background,a class of middle school PE teacher is what researchers? And how to understand the extent of the practice of action research methods? The current status of research is what kind of situation? In their practice,which constraints encountered? These are unknown.Therefore,the middle school PE teacher action research status and study the issue is particularly necessary and urgent.In view of this.In this paper,the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,through to Guangzhou 10 junior high school physical education teacher action research conducted a survey of the status quo,understanding of PE Teachers' action research difficulties and needle of the problem proposed some measures,to better promote teachers' professional development.Research results found:(1)on the basic situation,sports teacher action research to male teachers,age is given priority to with the young and middle-aged teachers,"olive shape" seniority concentrated in 1-5 years,10-15 years "and" 15-20 years "period,teachers mainly to undergraduate education,class number aggregation between 11-17 hours per week.(2)in the cognitive level of action research,different gender awareness of action research exists significant difference,male and female PE Teachers' attitudes are more positive,significant differences exist in different seniority of PE teachers in action research of cognitive,new teachers in the subjective intention has arrived in touch the emotions,the necessity of understanding has certain deviation,old teacher action research actively reduced;PE teachers in different degree of action research subjective desire is strong,the understanding of action research more actively.(3)most teachers have a positive attitude towards self planning,practice,observation and reflection in action research,but there are still some teachers' action research ability.(4)is still to traditional research type study,lack of innovation research;research content appears unbalanced situation,for "teaching objectives" and "teaching evaluation" of the Institute of the proportion of slightly weaker;action research method category is more,mainly based on qualitative research;there is still a considerable part of the physical education teachers of action research method only in understanding level,there is still a considerable portion of the PE teachers in action research still on the cooperation and exchange of knowledge and lack of use.(5)in the external objective conditions,most of the PE teachers think school action research,management and evaluation system is not perfect,the management efforts in general level can not meet the needs of action research;inadequate investment in research funding,lack of communication and cooperation opportunities.(6)the main effect of sports teachers to carry out action research is the heavy task of teaching,the lack of a good environment for the study of the atmosphere.In view of this,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)physical education teachers should fully play the subjective initiative,the change of action research on understanding of the concept,"shall I research" into "I want to study",constantly improve the armed themselves,enhance the ability of action research,by means of action research to enhance self teaching and research level,the better to promote their own professional development.(2)of the relevant administrative departments play a good guidance role,to constantly improve relevant system,related policies,and create a good atmosphere environment,encourage and guide more sports teachers to participate in the action research team,for the sports teacher's action research level promotion and professional development to escort.The schools should be under the guidance of the head of the education department,improve school management and evaluation system,create conditions for PE teachers to carry out action research to provide adequate support,in foundation to enhance the level of the school sports teaching and promote teachers to better development.
