| The Nongguan Miao nationality dwelling on the border is an ethnic group who returned from border areas of the northern Vietnam whose culture is changing with their migration process of going abroad and returning back and with the develop of era.While on their going abroad and returning back,they were influenced by many internal and external environmental factors,such as the changing natural environment,the migration of ethnic groups,the intervention of state power,the interaction among ethnic groups,the development of science and technology,the self innovation and so on,by which,their traditional livelihood model,material and spiritual culture have been greatly developed and changed.After 1980 s,with the rapid development of science,technology and globalization,the cultural connotation of the Nongguan Miao nationality is more colorful.In addition,from the perspective of national frontier construction,there are some factors that hinder the sustainable development of economy and culture of Nongguan Miao nationality.Firstly,the economic development is restricted by local geographic location,population and traditional ideas.Secondly,their traditional culture is facing the impact of modernization.Thirdly,the illegal transnational migration of population hinders the sustainable development of local economy.Fourthly,the economic and cultural development level of Nongguan Miao nationality is relatively lower than other ethnic groups living around.After 2014,in order to get them out of the constraints of sustainable development of economy and culture,the local governmentbegan to change theborderland administration strategy,promoting the coordinated development of local economy and culture by developing border tourism.At present,under the leadership of the government,themselves and some civil society organizations have begun to actively participate in local development,to promote the coordinated development of local economy and culture. |
