This article is based on two aspects of theory and practice of high school chemistry teachers' teaching reflection are discussed in this paper.Theory,teaching reflection and teachers' own development,discusses the relationship between the new curriculum reform,every aspect of teaching reflection is studied.Practices,mainly using the questionnaire survey to the investigation and study of 11 high school in sichuan province,combined with expert interview method is used for further studies,and draw the following conclusion: the teaching reflection by restriction are the major factors of teachers' time is not enough,the current evaluation standards not covered,etc.The high school chemistry teachers under the new curriculum concept,teaching reflection on many of the problems,and the problems are analyzed,and some corresponding countermeasures are given.Through a case study of a reflective teacher and effective teaching reflection case discussion,in order to provide reference for high school chemistry teachers' teaching reflection effectively.
