The work of ideological and political education is an important field in the theory and practice of Socialism of China Characteristics.Since the founding of new China and in the process of the reform and opening up,ideological and political education showed different connotations and practice paths in different periods.Strong ideological and political work has positively responded to the difficulties and challenges for the nation and society in different periods of socialist construction and reform and opening up,and played a very fruitful supporting and leading role in promoting the development and progress of the country and society.The evolution of the times and the transformation of social themes require the ideological and political education workers to constantly update and upgrade the education model,thus to respond and solve the challenges of the times and the needs of the development of powerful services to the community.The goal of the ideological and political education established and developed since the reform and opening up is taking Marxist theory as the guide,and is discussing how to pursue and realize the freedom and all-round development of people;therefore,the Marxist humanism is the important thought resources for the theory research and practice of the ideological and political education.Currently,China is in at the crucial moment of the social transition period of reform and development and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the contemporary young college students are carrying the sacred mission of national rejuvenation and the rise of the great power,so under the complicated and changeable situation of the current social trend of thought,how to lead and shape the ideological and political quality of contemporary college students is critically important for the success of the reform of higher education,and even the national social development for the future.In recent years,there are fruitful academic achievements in the ideological and political education of college students,especially in the aspect of the Marxist humanism.However,because of the realistic difficulties and challenges,there are many theoretical and realistic spaces to explore in-depth the theoretical breakthrough and practical innovation of ideological and political education for college students,which also has a profound practical significance.This thesis develops itself from the aspects as follows.The introduction of the thesis deals with the theoretical and realistic backgrounds,the theoretical and practical significance of the topic,and the general situation of research at home and abroad.The current ideological and political education is in the critical period of reform and development and encounters bottlenecks and severe challenges,and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation advocates the realization of the harmonious development of nature,society and human.The basic background of the thesis is how the ideological and political education responds to the challenge and achieves the mission of the times,and the significance of this thesis mainly lies in how to dig deep the ideological resources of the Marxist humanism based on the actual Chinese the reform and development,and to put forward feasible suggestions and blueprint for the achievement of theological breakthrough and practice innovation of the current ideological and political education.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.The first part briefly elaborates the basic connotation and theoretical orientation of Marxist humanism,expounds its development and its basic content,and analyzes how to introduce Marxist humanism to the ideological and political education for college students and make it become the effective ideological support and method reference.From the four views of Man's Essence Theory,Ontology,Value Theory,and Development Theory,The thesis analyses how the positive guidance and services provided by Marxist humanism for college students' ideological and political education,which mainly includes that the starting point and the foothold of ideological and political education of college students must be accurately and deeply understood and understanding of the existence and development of human being;the Marxist humanism can provide a powerful theoretical basis for promoting the ideological and political education;the main objective of ideological and political education of College students is to promote the all-round development of students in the current and future periods.The main content of the second part of the thesis is to study the theoretic and logical relation between Marxist Humanistic Diversion and the study of Ideological and political education from the perspective of Marxist humanism in recent years.In recent years,difficulties and challenges of college students' ideological and political education are as follows: ideological and political education and college students' ideological practice are seriously out of line,which leads to the generalization of formalism;for many years,the traditional ideological and political education mode of college students has led to the serious absence of the object of the subjectivity of the ideological and political education;because the traditional ideological and political education mode is simple and unilateral,the responsibility mission and social value of the university students obstacle and conflict with each other;it is more and more prominent in the traditional ideological and political education to neglect the individuality and the difference of the young students.Under the guidance of Marxist humanity,the innovation of ideological and political education lies in the promotion,transformation and improvement of the meaning and means of the ideological and political education,which is an inevitable requirement to implement the scientific development goal of the ideological and political education,and is also the inherent requirement of improving the operating mechanism of ideological and political education.The main content of the third part of the thesis is to put forward to the main countermeasures of ideological education innovation of college students from the perspective of Marxist humanity: ideological and political education must be based on the times and on the basis of practice,and should reflect the effectiveness;in the ideological and political education,the main dimensions of college students should be actively explored and created;ideological and political education must adhere to the correct political orientation and outstanding and lofty value goal;ideological and political education should focus and commit to the all-round development of people in the new era of human being.
