Under the new curriculum standard, the application of high school history curriculum resources research is becoming more and more important. Local human resources as an important part of the history curriculum resources, to improve the quality of high school history teaching, improve students learning method has great significance. The study of high school history teaching application of local cultural resources have many, but because of the provinces adopt teaching materials, school teachers and local cultural resources, local human resources present situation of the application in the high school history teaching and way also has a certain difference. There is no scholar in Changsha region human resources application study in high school history teaching. In this paper, a representative of a teaching practice in Changsha city of Hunan province as an example, the specific knowledge about human resources in Changsha first middle school history teaching the application of the status, on the basis of human resources in Changsha, Changsha first middle school history teaching in the application are analyzed in aspects of theory and practice of research, this article aims to enrich high school history curriculum resources, make the history of local cultural resources fully applied to the daily teaching, can stimulate students' interest in learning and improve student's study way, so as to better cultivate students' humane quality. This article is divided into five parts, first of all, introduced the selected topic reason, refers to this topic research significance and research value, the analysis of research status at home and abroad, and introduced this topic research methods and innovation. Secondly, this paper expounds the basic concepts of local cultural resources, and categorizing the Changsha area of human resources and Changsha to generalize the characteristics of human resources, so as to clarify the relationship between Changsha humanistic resources and history. Then, to understand how human resources in Changsha city Changsha the teaching practice, focus on Changsha city one of the history teachers and students to investigate, and analyzes the results of the survey. Then, on the basis of the survey analysis, illustrate the human resource problem in Changsha first middle school history teaching and put forward the corresponding strategy. According to the Changsha city one of the application of human resources, thus leads to the Changsha region high school history teaching enlightenment.
