In the context of globalization, college students' value shows the tendency of diversification trend, especially with the acceleration of China's social transition and the development of market economy, which has lead to conflicts and clashes of college students. The university students ‘values has experienced profound changes not only positive, science, modern, new ideas, but also himself, utilitarian and secular values. For negative values, we should encourage them to accept and internalize,consolidate and practice Socialist core values,.College students are the builders and successors of the Socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, their values are directly related to the country's prosperity,revitalization of the nation and the welfare of the people. ”Prosperity, democracy,civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, the rule of law, patriotic, dedicated,honest and friendly” core values of 24 characters, is the basic of college students' thought and behavior to follow. College students as the cultivation and practice of Socialist core value focus groups, how to build an effective way of cultivating and practice of Socialist core values in mind and behavior?
