The teaching quality of vocational education is the higher vocational college that organizes teaching activities with the purpose of students professional skills,which helps students to gain solid theories and practical ability?In order to meet the need of individual's social comprehensive quality?According to the National medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020),clearly put forward?Improving teaching quality is the core mission of the development of higher education reform and promoting the all-round development of human begins,adapting to the need of society as a fundamental measure of higher education quality?If we ensured to promote the quality of higher vocational college,we would establish to accord with the characteristics of higher vocational teaching regularity and teaching quality of teaching evalution system?A valid comment of teaching quality is good at establishing and perfecting released files about basic teaching and unint practice teaching?Beasides,it also helps to build grass-roots unit and complete teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system?What's more,it is helpful to promote the teaching quality of basic teaching unit?In addition,it accelerates teaching units at the grass-roots level in teaching quality managment to keep pace with the times?The paper is basis of affiliated college of Guangdong Lingnan Institue of Technology---example of economic management college,studying teaching quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges?In the process of researching teaching quality evaluation,I adopt documentory method,case study method and investigation method?Through the study found that this college has been established a relativaely perfect teaching quality evaluation system of the basic,which contains four main teaching quality evaluation body,as college leadership,professional supervision and colleagues?And the college sets off a series of standards.Even though those methods could ensure the teaching quality of college in a way,they need to improve too?For example,teaching process is not comprehensive,the main body of quality evaluation is not entirely,the subjectivity of teaching quality evaluation is more personally,the standard of teaching quality evaluation is more personally,the standard of teachingquality evaluation lacks detailed,the way of teaching quality evaluation is old,the feedback mechanism of teaching quality evaluation is not perfect?Finally,at the point of view of research result?We can perfect the assessment of teaching quality in affiliated college of higher vocational colleges,by the way of enhancing the teaching activity process evaluation of comprehensive,improving the main members of teaching quality evaluation,improving the effectiveness of the evaluation subject,setting a comment standard of matching professional characteristics?Throughing the assessment of professional norms,the evaluation of courses norms,the estimate of teaching and learning evaluation lesson plan and SOC evaluation methods should keep pace with times?In combination with strengthen the processing of evaluation data and feedback to complete?After survery,in a way,this paper can provide a train of thought for higher vocational colleges teaching quality evaluation work and can provide methods to colleges to solve similar problems?...
