August 15,1945,Japan was officially announced to surrender,which predicts the success of worldwide anti-fascist war.Thus,with the alleviating of ethnic contradictions and the arising of class contradiction,the conflict of surrender right between Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China(CPC)kicked off the Civil War.As the dominators of victorious nations,the Soviet Union and the United States divided sphere of influence in the Asia according to respective interests.At the same times,in order to maintain post-war peace and guarantee their own interests.Their all hoped that CPC comprised to Kuomintang.Under the support of America,Kuomintang gain the legal right of acceptance to Japanese surrender,command all the Japanese puppet only surrender to Kuomintang and order the CPC to wait for the further instructions.During the Anti-Japanese War,CPC have made important contributions by opened a large base in north China,central China and southern China,besides CPC always in the forefront of the war of resistance.Thus,they have right to accept the surrender of the Japanese army and get the share of fruits of victory.However,Kuomintang monopolized the right of acceptance to Japanese surrender and encircled and suppressed the liberation army in liberated area after trooping their own army,which threatens the safety of the CPC and harm the interests of the party.At the same time,CPC has become more mature comparing to the first Kuomintang-Communist Party cooperation period,and adjusted strategic decision when the CPC face the threatening,encircling and annihilating.Moreover,the CPC adopted a hard line of ‘fighting for every inch of land' which means autonomous acceptance to Japanese surrender in liberated area and destroying the Japanese puppet who refuse surrender.In order to comprehensively present acceptance to Japanese surrender by CPC,this thesis illustrates the related content in six aspects.Introduction part mainly discusses the original source of this title and the situation in domestic and international at that time.Moreover the significance of the topic,the innovation point and the deficiency are all illustrated in this part.The part one analyzes the reasons of why CPC fight for the right to accept surrender in both international and domestic aspects.In other words,it means the attitude of the United States,the Soviet Union and Japan,and the CPC endeavors to fight for the autonomy from Kuomintang.The part two explores the Eighth Route Army autonomous accept the Japanese puppet surrender and the processes of recovering hundreds of cities in Chin – ChaChi,Shansi-Hopei-Shantung Honan Border Region,Shansi,Suiyuan and Shandong.The part three researches the new fourth army counterattack the enemy in central China and east China for the purpose to accomplish the task of connecting north of the Changjiang river and south of the Changjiang river into one piece.The part four probes into the recovering and counterattack mission in southern China by anti-Japanese guerrilla under the guiding of principle of ‘Scattered insist and save power' in Dongjiang and south of the Changjiang river in liberated areas.The part five illustrates the rationality,the result of autonomous acceptance to Japanese surrender and the tendency of the relationship between Kuomintang and the CPC.Through large historical data,this thesis discusses the reasons,processes and effects of autonomous acceptance to Japanese surrender by CPC after the victory of anti-Japanese war,and the author strives to present the objective and comprehensive visual angle to the problem of autonomous acceptance to Japanese surrender.
