The Research On Women's Family Violence In Engels's View Of Marriage

With the rapid economic development,women's economic status and family status compared with the past has been significantly improved,and in the minds of men still retain their own sense of domination of his wife,when women have an independent economic status and then continue For their own social status,which is beyond the control of men,when men can not control women's ideology,the phenomenon of domestic violence followed.At present,the phenomenon of violence in the family intensified,more and more female victims can not bear the long time has been domestic violence injury and inner trauma,also led to the rise of divorce rate,unstable factors suddenly increased.Therefore,how to protect woman form domestic violence is what all of us are calling for.On the basis of the original text,this paper systematically presents Engels' theory of marriage by the way of dialectical materialism,literature analysis and summarization.Then from the individual,family,social point of view it explores three major forms of domestic violence and detriment;by the study on the change from the status of women,the development of market economy and negative impact of "free love" perspective,it intends to analysisthe reasons why women suffers domestic violence;according to Engels' theoretical value about marriage on the issue of domestic violence it put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions as theoretical guidance for action,Engels' theory of marriage scientifically specifies the direction,provides a complete theoretical basis for the group of abused women to realize their interests of marriage.The marriage concept has promoted the love-based marriage,matrimonial responsibility;meanwhile it has a certain guiding significance to strengthen the family bond and the solution to the problem of domestic violence,and has a profound enlightenment to the construction of a harmonious family.When China is in the process of building a harmonious society at present,study against domestic violence would help to alleviate the phenomenon of women's physical and mental detriment,to further change the pedantic concept in the society and lead the healthy development of society.
