Research On The Rights' Poverty Problem Of Rural Left-behind Women Under Perspective Of Capability Theory

Since the implementation of reform and opening up,China's population situation has occurred from the "static" to "dynamic" historical change.Large-scale urban construction has transferred a large number of rural surplus labor force,formed a unique group of migrant workers in China,and then produce the remaining group-"386199" troops,that is,rural women left behind,left-behind children and the elderly group.In the group,the left-behind women in rural areas bear the mainstay of parenting,and its development affects the development of the other two groups to a great extent.The problems faced by women left behind in rural areas are mainly poverty,and poverty is divided into four categories: material poverty,poverty,poverty and impoverishment.China's rural women left behind the problem of poverty related to the first three categories,but the most important and most easily overlooked is the right to poverty.To solve the problem of poverty in rural women left behind is the fundamental problem of dealing with the development of the group,but the current rural women left behind the problem of poverty is not optimistic.If we do not timely solve this problem properly,we can not make the rural women left behind to enjoy the fruits of economic and social development,will slow down the overall pace of China's economic and social development,hinder the goal of building a well-off society.Therefore,based on the theory of feasible ability proposed by Amartya Sen,this paper chooses the representative Y county of Henan province as the research object,and makes an in-depth and systematic study on the present situation and problems of the rural women's rights poverty in the county.This paper finds out that there are some problems such as political participation in rural areas,low living standard,low educational level,difficulty in information acquisition and weak ability of anti-risk in rural areas.According to the theory of political freedom,economic conditions,social opportunities,transparency assurance,protection and protection of five aspects,analysis of the above problems,revealing the rural left-behind women's political freedom is limited,poor economic conditions,social opportunities are deprived,lack of transparency to ensure the lack of protection and other deep-seated reasons.This paper puts forward the feasiblemeasures to promote the development of rural grassroots democracy and politics,increase the disposable resources and employment opportunities,expand the employability and develop the space,establish and perfect the social credit system and weave the social safety net,and so on with the theory and the present situation of the rural women left in Henan Province.In order to solve the problem of poverty and poverty in rural areas of our country.
