Employees' organizational behavior research based on social exchange theory is an important subject in academic field, and psychological contract is attaching attention because of its necessary complement to formal contractual relationship and formal organization. This paper reviews the research status and development trend of psychological contract, organizational trust, job satisfaction and job performance. based on social cognitive theory, social exchange theory and equity theory, this research put forward the specific impact of civil servant's psychological contracts caused by public organizational duty perform and public duty perform in public service respectively on their work performance, then explore the intermediary role of organizational trust, public trust and job satisfaction. Collecting data by literature research and questionnaire survey,then do confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and structural equation model test, this research makes the following important conclusions:(1)There are two type of psychological contract fulfillment in terms of public servant, which are caused by public organizational duty execution and public duty execution in public service respectively. Besides of transaction dimension and relation dimension,organizational psychological contract different from public psychological contract with“development dimension”;(2) There is a covariant relation between two type of psychological contract fulfillment,both of them impact on work performance significantly while organizational trust and public trust mediate their relationship;(3) When public servant think their organization has performed committed duty, higher level of job satisfaction make them tend to trust public in public services, and public trust may promote organizational trust to some degree. Finally, article put forward some further research suggestions and civil servants psychological contract management points based on research conclusion and management practices.
