Under the interaction of family planning policy and rapid social and economic development,the population structure of China rapid transformation into modern population structure.The process of population aging in China shows the characteristics of 'slow early stage and late acceleration'.With the acceleration of the aging process,disability,semi disabled and dementia population size enlargement,etc.Existing pension model can not adapt to requirements for the aging society pension problem.Implementation of integrating pension service with medical service for the elderly is imperative.Firstly,this paper starts with the background and significance of the research,carding and discussion the research results at home and abroad,formation the situation of combination of medical and health care general study.Second,define the relevant concepts of medical and health care combination.Third,using SWOT-PEST analysis model find out the factors that influence the development of medical and health care combination,and establish the matrix to analyze and evaluate the influencing factors.Last,from the perspective of strategic analysis to promote the construction of the overall idea of medical support combined with pension model and specific policy options.
