Welfare Supply Research Based On The Pension Demand Of Elderly Women

The development of aging faces major challenges with silver wave hitting and aging in fast development.As a special and vulnerable group in the elderly, the pension welfare problems of elderly women are worthy of attentions.This article is based on the analytic framework of Marxist feminism,it is guided by the Marxist social welfare thought with considering the pension welfare issues from a gender perspective in order to draw more attention to the elderly women in the social policy.This paper, started from the old-aged welfare needs of the elderly women,analysis the composition,content,pattern and gender difference barriers of the elderly women in welfare supply.It puts forward some opinions from welfare supply subject, system construction and cultural reconstruction aspects to make the elderly women be raised,treated,taught and have things to do and happy.
