Design And Implementation Of College Petition Case Management System

The college petition case system is a relatively independent branch in the field of coming of letters and visits,which is the basic of dealing with the relationship between teachers and students and creating a harmonious campus.In recent years,the campus petition case system's development is slow,just as not only the subjective factors on the leadership level,but also the hardware conditions do not have such objective factors.In order to solve this problem,and improve the work efficiency of this system,the thesis designs and realizes the campus petition case management system based on electronic thought.In the process of this paper,after the actual investigation,it is clear that the work mechanism and process of campus letters and visits,and that the database and client mode based on Web technology is suitable for the development of the system.Therefore,in the actual process,firstly,the campus petition case system's work flow and characteristics are summarized,the demand of information including the basic function,and provides the necessary foundation for the subsequent development.Secondly,in the process of the design of specific software,this paper adopts the framework,the function,the database,the basic design process of the human-computer interaction interface.The specific design method and implementation results are reported.Finally,the paper summarizes the results of the full text,and analyzes the possible problems of the system as well as the follow-up solutions and research direction.I hope that through the development of the project as well as the basic introduction of this paper can make the campus letters and visits system to be effective promotion,to promote the campus system of letters and visits to improve the contribution of their own strength.
