Tax departments as the public sector, to carry out the performance management work, in order to innovate management mode, improving the quality of management, perfecting the incentive mechanism, modernizing tax department's strategic goals and revenue management, promote the scientific development of the local business.Paper expected by the public sector performance management in all normative study, research, the performance of the new public management theory and clear concept, combined with the local taxation bureau of Shaoguan city to carry out performance management case analysis, elaborated the main "five" to carry out performance management principles, and discusses the management of performance management to carry out provide content, implementation steps, the performance of application effect.
