Research On The Relationship Of The Party Spirit And People Spirit From The Perspective Of The Mass Line

Facing the change of international situation and the adjustment of domestic economical and social structures,improving the level of our party's leadership and holding power,and promoting the abilities of resisting corruption and risk have been the two major history missions.Recently,some party members,with relaxing thoughts,declining wills,corruption,and words and deeds against party's nature as well as purpose,which cast a bad influence on our party and harm the interests of people and the country.Therefore,our party launches a series of education activities to improve the Party spirit of party members and ensure the communist party members's advanced nature and purity.The masses education practice activities are launched rapidly under the situation.On August 19,2013,XiJinping,at the National Conference on propaganda and ideological work,pointed out that the Party spirit and people spirit are always concordant and unified,which causes many scholars to research the relationship of the Party and people spirit.This paper tries to find out the internal links among the masses line,the Party spirit and people spirit according to the two current events,and researches the relationship of the Party spirit and people spirit from the perspective of the masses line,hoping to explain the relationship with a new and practical perspective and research the construction of relationship of the party and the masses.The mass line is very important for us to understand the relationship of the Party spirit and people spirit.Arranging the masses view,the Party's view and people's view in Marxism classical authors as well as Marxism sinicize course,researching the relationship of the Party spirit and people spirit from the perspective of mass line,explaining the Party spirit and people spirit from the perspective of theory and practice as well as history and reality which need obey mass line,proposing the practice of mass line which is the live practice of the Party spirit as well as the supporter of people spirit's achievement,which indicate the Party spirit and people spirit belonging to mass line,thoroughgoing Party spirit from the perspective of the masses means thorough going people spirit,and the mass line is the lasting requirement towards the concordant relationship of the Party and the masses.Concordant relationship of the Party and the masses begins with self-construction of the Party and the construction of three-mode Party,an also including perfect mechanism,people's political participation,abundant working-methods.Besides,we also need to combine traditional working-methods with networking-methods.In a word,the achievement of people spirit,meaning the achievement Party spirit,is the true connotation of concordant relationship of the Party and the masses.The paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter introduces the previous research at home and abroad,major problems,and the innovation points.The second chapter is about the process of the development of the masses line,the investigation of the mass views of Max,Engels,and Lenin an so on,and the inheritance and development of the masses line.The third chapter investigates the Party spirit and people spirit,and future studies the characteristics of the Party spirit as well as the content of people spirit.The forth chapter discusses the coherence of the Party spirit and people spirit at length from the perspective of the masses line.The fifth chapter on the basis of the internal relati on of masses line,the Party spirit as well as people spirit proposes some conceptions to wards a new-type relationship of the Party and the masses.
