Ethnic minority bilingual education system play an important role in development and maintenance of national unity,it's also promote development of civilisation and inheriting of culture.After continuous efforts and development,bilingual education based in Shangri-la has obtained a fruitful result in past.But Shangri-la city basic education and the great impetus for social development has been influenced by various factors.Therefore Shangri-la city's basic Tibetan and Chinese bilingual education system has many issues to solve.This thesis studied bilingual education system of Tibetan and Chinese in the Shangri-la city Diqing Tibetan autonomous prefecture of Yunnan Province.And the key research has been based on factors influencing the development of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual education system in region and then recommended strategies;First through the literature review analysis it is concluded that the Shangri-la city based Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education is easily ignored by researchers in the study of academic areas which brings less attraction,secondly,base on the main participators in Tibetan-Chinese bilingual education system's schools,teachers,students,and teaching materials to research the quality of Shangri-la city's bilingual education system.
