Study On The Correlation Between Serum Levels Of Visfatin, Retinol Binding Protein And Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:Discuss the value of Visfatin and serum retinol binding protein(sRBP)in the diagnosis of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:1,125 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were collected and divided into normal albuminuria group(n=45),early diabetic nephropathy group(n=40)and clinical diabetic nephropathy group(n=40)separately.At the same time,43 healthy persons were selected as control group.2,The general data of each group were recorded,and Visfatin,sRBP,fasting blood-glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPGN),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),Urine albumin to creatinine ratio(UACR),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were measured respectively.Compare the results of the above tests between different groups.The changes and correlation of Visfatin and sRBP level in different groups were compared.The correlation between Visfatin and sRBP was researched with HbAlc,FBG,2hPG,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,BUN,Scr and hs-CRP respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of Visfatin and sRBP were analyzed.3.The quantitative data of this study were normal distribution or approximate normal distributionx±s,the skewness distribution was described by M and Q25Q75,and the statistical methods ware variance analysis,rank sum test and multivariate linear regression.The counting data were described by relative number.x~2test was used for statistical methods.The statistical software was SPSS20.0 and Stata 14.0.Significant levelsα=0.05.Results:1.The levels of HbAlc,FBG,2hPG,BUN,Visfatin and sRBP in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of HbAlc,FBG,2hPG,BUN,Scr,hs-CRP,Visfatin and sRBP increased gradually with the progression of nephropathy(P<0.05).2.BUN,Scr,sRBP,HbAlc,FPG,2hPG,TC were independent risk factors of Visfatin.BUN,Scr,HbAlc,FPG,2hPG,TC,TG and Visfatin were independent risk factors of sRBP.3.Visfatin and sRBP were more sensitive in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between Visfatin、sRBP and type 2diabetic nephropathy.The two serum markers are closely related to the degree of diabetic nephropathy injury,and can be used as a sensitive index for the diagnosis of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy and an important index for evaluating the prognosis.
