| Objective: To explore the effectiveness of quadripolar LV leading in cardiac resynchronization therapy in heart failure patients with relatively narrow QRS duration. Methods: 17 patients with a relatively narrow QRS duration(110 ms <QRS wave duration <130 ms),who was implanted quadripolar LV leading in cardiac resynchronization therapy at our hospital from December 2016 to August 2018,were slected into this study.Clinical baseline data were collected and routine follow-ups were performed at 1 month,3months,and 6 months after surgery.Record some indicators, such as QRS duration, cardiothoracic ratio, left Left ventricular ejection fraction, left Left ventricular anteroposterior diameter,Interventricular mechanical delay,Ts-SD,6MWT,and MLHFQ,at 1 month,3months,and 6 months after surgery. The above data was analyzed by statistical software SPSS23.0.Results: Compared with preoperative states, the MLHFQ,6MWT,LVEF,Ts-SD,Cardiothoracic ratio, ventricular mechanical delay time(IVMD)of patients with relatively narrow QRS duration of heart failure were improved dramatically(p <0.05).While the QRS duration, left ventricular anteroposterior diameter, left ventricular filling time and R-R interval ratio of them had no differences after operation(p> 0.05).Conclusions: Patients with relatively narrow QRS duration of heart failure were Inconsistent movement. After implanting quadripolar LV leading in cardiac resynchronization therapy, the coordination of cardiac mechanical activity is improved, left ventricular remodeling, quality of life, and exercise tolerance are improved. |
