| Objective: Type 2 diabetes(T2DM)is a common chronic disease, its global incidence continues to climb, and the detection rate of type 2 diabetes with non-alcoholic fatty liver is also increasing.Diabetic patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD)have already attract people’s attention.Recent studies have shown that integrins play an important role in vascularization and fibrosis, and the relationship with hepatic capillaryization and fatty liver formation remains unclear. In this paper,we measured the correlation between αvβ3 and T2 DM with NAFLD by measuring the level of integrin αvβ3.Methods: Diabetic cases were collected from Gansu Provincial Hospital.Case-control studies were conducted after screening. They were divided into 3 groups: 42 cases with simple diabetes,42 cases with diabetes combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver, and 42 cases with normal group. The general information of the study subjects was collected, including smoking history, drinking history, genetic history, height, weight, and body mass index(BMI).Blood pressure and blood pressure include systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP).Fasting insulin(Fins),renal function, triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)were measured.Serum αvβ3 levels were measured by ELISA and correlated. Results: Between the groups of general clinical data,BMI(P<0.01),SBP(P<0.01),DBP(P>0.05),there was no statistical difference between the three groups of DBP,BMI,SBP differences between the three groups showed statistical significance. There was no significant difference in urea nitrogen, creatinine, and serum uric acid between the three groups(P>0.05).Among the three groups of liver enzymes,ALT,AST,GGT and LFC were significantly different(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in ALP(P>0.05).The lipid metabolism of each group was statistically analyzed. The difference of TC,TG,HDL,and LDL between groups was significant(P<0.05).Statistical analysis of the three groups of glucose metabolism(including fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin,HbA1 c,etc.)indicators showed a significant difference(P<0.05).The serum αvβ3 levels were statistically analyzed among the three groups and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression showed that the risk factors for T2 DM with NAFLD were: BMI,LFC,TC,TG,LDL,Fins,HOMA-IR,and αvβ3.Conclusion: Serum αvβ3 levels are positively associated with type 2 diabetes with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and αvβ3 may be used as a serum biomarker of T2 DM with NAFLD. |
