Qualitative Research On "Sernad" Disease In Tibetan Medicine And It’s Pathogenesis

Objective: Neonatal skin sclerosis is a common clinical symptom,causing the World Health Organization to pay attention to neonatal jaundice,focusing on the prevention of nuclear jaundice.Mainly through the analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of this condition in Tibetan medicine and its occurrence mechanism.In addition,through the study of Tibetan medical ancient books,combined with clinical investigations,it is found that there is no literature on pediatric disease research in Tibetan medicine,and the study on neonatal jaundice in particular is almost zero.Method: 1.The symptoms of the yellow-stained appearance of children appear to be the key words.Through the search of Tibetan ancient books,the disease was first discovered in the Supplement of secret recipe and was called “Sernad”.The main symptoms were yellowing of the body skin and the trunk.Swollen,limbs thin and medication difficult.There are twenty-four kinds of pediatric diseases described in the Medical Four Tantras,which do not include child “Sernad”,but 16 symptoms and treatment formulas of child “Sernad” were proposed in ancient Tibetan books related to them.Analyze the etiology,study the pathological mechanism and nature.In addition,there are 52 kinds of skin and sclera yellow stained diseases in the four medical books,and more than 10 kinds of pediatric diseases with yellow skin and sclera symptoms.These diseases were compared with Serna and they were similar and similar.2.through a clinical questionnaire to analyze the diagnosis and treatment of the disease program,summed up the "Sernad" treatment rules and reasoning "Tibetan medicine child Sernad" nature.In addition,questionnaires were conducted on the mothers of children under the age of five to investigate and summarize the incidence of neonatal yellow stains and the efficacy of the measures used.This helps to analyze and reason the nature and pathological mechanism of of child “Sernad”.Result: 1.The literature study concluded that the Tibetan medicine doctor proposed child "Sernad" because of "m Krispa","Badkan","r Long," "chuser","Blood","Sen" and indigestion.The disease is affected by both the mother and the baby,and it also has a great relationship with the mother’s diet during pregnancy.The pathological mechanism is mainly due to the incomplete function of the neonatal organs,the neonatal need to adapt to the external environment and food intake takes some time,"enzymatic burning" function is not perfect,from the intake of food essence to the excretion of the relevant system damage Or blocking or other reasons may cause jaundice.Through the analysis of 16 data,the therapeutic formula of the disease was found to be based on the improvement of the function of various organs during treatment,and the body was treated with “six aromas”.The disease consists of a mixture of cold,neutral,and neurological factors,so it is necessary to determine the nature of the treatment plan.2.The results of the clinical questionnaire survey showed that the disease is neutral in 33%(highest proportion),cold in 20%,neurological external factors in 7%,and fever in 20%.In addition,20% of doctors in the survey results should focus on improving digestive function during treatment.After the above investigation results,the cause or nature of “Hivisite” is low digestive function,bacon,and cold and red.The site of the disease is mainly liver and gallbladder,and the nature of the disease is mainly fluid of the genus Chiba.Therefore,it should be corresponding to the treatment of lung,bacon,and digestive function,and combined with the treatment of the "neural" external environment.Conclusion: In summary,a comprehensive study of the nature and mechanism of Tibetan medicine child “Sernad” can be inferred to be the cause of this disease.This disease is not only based on neonatal skin and scleral yellow staining.Symptoms of weight loss and others will occur later,and jaundice will also occur due to external factors of the nerve.Therefore,this article will classify clinically common neonatal jaundice as child “Sernad”.In addition,"life pulse diseases" in pediatric is also concluded in to ti and be investigated and studied.
