Objective: Through analysis the blood pressure variability(BPV)contact of the SYNTAX score and number of diseased vessels,evaluating correlation between the BPV and the severit y of coronary lesions.which provide us reference for clinical treat ment of hypertensions with coronary heart disease.Methods: Collected date from hospital patients in ningxia people’s hospital department of cardiovascular from january 2015 to december 2017.Screen of coronary heart disease patients with hypertension,and all patients has result of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and coronary artery angiograph y.We collected a total 122 case information.We carry out statistically anal ysis,and study the blood pressure variability data from ABPM which including the 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP,n DBP and correlation with SYNTAX score.Results:(1)We collect 122 patients clinical data total,aged from 45 to 78 years old,diagnosis by the "gold standard" coronary angiography examination.There are 89 patients in the coronary artery disease group and 33 patients in normal control group.The two groups be comparison and analysis,and draw a conclusion d SBP、n SBP、smoke、hcy、h yperlipidaemia、diabetes 、gluconeogenesis in the two group has significant difference.(2)Whether the coronary arter is normal as the dependent variable,24 h SBP,24 h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP,n DBP and common cardiovascular risk factors as concomitant variables,finall y using multiple linear regression method,draw a conclusion that d SBP and hyperhpmocysteinemia has significantly associated with coronary heart disease.(3)Group of coronary artery anomalies has 89 patients.According to the the SYNTAX score,divided into three groups,mild lesion group 0-22 points,moderate lesion group of 23 to 32 points,severe lesion group is greater than or equal to 33 points,using single factor variance anal ysis,and draw a conclusion that systolic blood pressure variability in the daytime has statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)A total of 89 patients with coronary artery anomalies,anal yzed b y,multiple linear stepwise regression method,the SYNTAX score as the dependent variable,24 HSBP,24 HDBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP,n DBP as concomitant variables,and concluded that systolic blood pressure variability(d SBP)have contact with the SYNTAX score(significant < 0.05).(5)According to the results of coronary angiograph y,grouped into A(0),B(single disease),C(double branch lesions),D(3 lesions),sex 、 smoking、 h yperlipidemia 、 age、 diabetes 、 history of drinking 、 homocysteine 、 bod y mass index as a factor,six indexes of blood pressure variability as a covariate,using regression anal ysis,and draw the conclusion: systolic blood pressure variability during the day has obvious effects on lesion blood vessel number(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.There was a significant correlation between the systolic pressure variability with SYNTAX score,and the higher the blood pressure variability,the greater the coronary artery disease.2.When the systolic pressure variability is large,the prevalence of diabetes and blood homocysteine is high.
