Objective: To investigate the effects of cardiac rehabilitation exercise on heart rate oscillation in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for acute myocardial infarction in males. Methods: Eighty-six male patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing emergency PCI from January 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group; All patients were given conventional drug treatment and nursing instructions. The study group was given an individualized cardiopulmonary exercise prescription on the basis of the control group. Both groups were followed regularly and the selected patients were followed up for 1 week(1W)and 4th after PCI.Weekly(4W)and 12 th week(12W)ambulatory electrocardiograms were performed to analyze the patient's heart rate turbulence,6-week walking distance test(6MWD)and treadmill exercise test at week 1(1W)and week 12(12W).Observe improvement of heart function. Results: Both the Turbulence onset(TO)and Turbulence slope(TS)indexes of the heart rate oscillation in the control group were significantly improved compared with before treatment, but the improvement was smaller at the first week, the fourth week, and the twelfth week after the operation;the study group The improvement of the Turbulence slopeat the first week, the fourth week, and the twelfth week after operation was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the Turbulence onset improvement of the shock was significantly better than that of the control group at the 12 th week(P<0.05).).There was no significant difference in 6MWD,treadmill exercise time, maximal heart rate and maximum hypertension between the two groups in the first week, but the 6MWD in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group at the 12 th week after the individualized cardiac rehabilitation exercise(P<0.05).The exercise time of the group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Cardiac rehabilitation exercise can improve heart rate oscillation in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention after acute myocardial infarction in males, enhance cardiac function and autonomic regulation, and increase exercise tolerance.
