| Objective: To compare the diagnostic value of automatic breast full-volume imaging(ABVS)and diffusion optical tomography(DOT)for breast masses, and to investigate the correlation between breast cancer BI-RADS classification and human mammaglobin(h-MAM)by these two examination methods.Method: A total of 83 lesions were selected from 52 patients with mammary gland tumors confirmed by surgery or biopsy from January to December 2017 in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University. There were 27 breast cancers and 56 benign breast lesions.Based on pathological results as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of ABVS and DOT combined with breast masses was analyzed, and the correlation between human mammaglobin and BI-RADS classification was analyzed.Results:1.ABVS sensitivity to diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass was 88.9%,specificity was 92.9%,accuracy was 91.6%;DOT sensitivity to diagnosis of benign and malignant breast mass was 66.7%,specificity was 84.2%,accuracy 78.6%;ABVS combined with DOT diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy rate were 96.3%,94.6%,95.2%.2.Build ROC curve,ABVS,DOT and their combined diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor under the ROC curve were 0.909,0.753,0.955.3.There was significant difference in the diagnostic value of ABVS combined with DOT,ABVS alone and DOT alone in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors(P<0.05).4.The human mammaglobin(h-MAM)score correlates with the BI-RADS classification for diagnosing benign and malignant breast masses with ABVS combined with DOT and ABVS alone, and the higher the score, the higher the BI-RADS classification.Conclusion:1.The advantage of ABVS is that it can reflect the relationship between the growth of breastlesions and the surrounding tissues from the coronal plane, and then reflect the benign and malignant of breast lesions.ABVS has high diagnostic value in distinguishing benign and malignant breast tumors.2.DOT can be repeated as a noninvasive intracellular metabolic functional imaging of biological detection technique, qualitative diagnosis of breast masses by evaluating the hemoglobin concentration and the oxygen saturation in the breast mass.3.ABVS combined DOT can reflect the characteristics of the lesion from the two aspects of the external appearance of the mass and internal metabolism, the combination of the two can improve the diagnostic value of breast lesions.4.h-MAM is highly specifically expressed in breast cancer and is positively correlated with ABVS on the BI-RADS classification of breast masses,a higher level of h-MAM expression in patients with higher BI-RADS classification. |
